Trader information and acceptance

These terms apply to distance orders placed through this website. Before placing an order, the customer receives clear information about the trader, product, total price, delivery, payment, complaint handling and the right of withdrawal.

Product information

Dorvelia Daily Support is marketed as a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Product descriptions must be accurate, evidence-based and consistent with applicable EU nutrition and health-claim rules.

The displayed price is 890 CZK. Any discount, previous price, delivery cost or availability statement must reflect the real commercial offer at the time of publication.

Ordering and payment

Orders are submitted through the form and confirmed by phone or another direct contact channel. No paid optional extras are pre-selected. The final price, currency, delivery terms and payment method are confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days within Czech Republic. For distance purchases, consumers normally have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from the contract. Sealed goods that are opened after delivery may be excluded from return where health protection or hygiene rules apply.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us by email or post using the trader details above. You may use any clear statement of withdrawal. Refunds are handled according to applicable EU and national consumer law.
